As a senior biologist, you will play key roles in target evaluation/validation, hit identification, hit validation and MOA studies in drug discovery process. Your responsibilities include the following: 作为资深生物学家，您将在药物研发过程中对目标靶点的评估与验证，以及对苗头化合物的识别，确认和MOA的研究中起关键作用。你的责任包括以下内容:

任职要求：

1. The candidate should have a Ph.D. in Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology or related fields with > 5 years of small molecule drug discovery experiences preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. 候选人应具有在细胞生物学，生物化学，药理学或相关领域的博士学位，具有5年以上在制药或生物技术行业的小分子药物开发经验。

2.
