工作职责Job Description:

• a.Teaching

a.1 Teaching the courses in school ( Kindergarten courses & After school courses; Monday, Thursday & Friday )

(ESL courses – Saturday, Sunday )

a.2 Make the lesson planner, and follow the teaching guidance

• b. Marketing Promotion, Promotional events

b.1 Attend the promotional events (Aston schools, other outside business)

b.2Attend the Business activities ,seminars ect.

b.3 Provide the Educational marketing articles to marketing team, topics cover: American Education features, students change, educational points, with pics, video clips, ect.

b.4 Students & Parents family interview in a scheduled time with school Director

b.5 Work with the team to do the street marketing in the promotion time.

February, August, for March Term , and September Term.

• c. Sales and consultant with the customers

c.1 Introduce the program to the new customers face to face in school

c.2 Present the program to outside business partners

d.3 Bonus - 100 RMB/ Ss Term courses (Winter camps, Summer Camps, afterschool courses ) – new customer

100 RMB/Ss ESL courses at weekends – new customer

30 RMB/set iBear Bell – new customer

150 RMB/ Kindergarten kids – new customer
