Job Description
1. In charge of new employee personnel file set-up, and department document filing

2. Apply office supplies and stationary

3. Work with HR Officer on the weekly HR Payment follow up with both Central supply and Finance

4. Take the responsibility of tracking HR internal document and make sure they are signed and kept on time

5. Work with Department on the hospital events organized by HR

6. Other office administration duties as assigned
