Job Responsibilities 工作职责


1. Staffing management:employee entry and exit procedures management.

2. Head Office Parking lot management

3. National HR mail and personal profile management

4. Other administrative tasks assigned by N+1


Key Competency 关键能力


Working Experience: Junior or Senior student, prefer Senior student, work 3 days/week at least

Education Level: Bachelor or above

Languages:Fluent English, French will be a plus

Competency/Skills: Hard working, detail-oriented, and good communication skills

Other Requirements: Good WORD/EXCEL/PPT skill
