工作内容：

?负责访客接待和校区日常学生服务；

?为校区所有人员创造愉快的学习环境和氛围，包括中心出入管理，访客接待并引荐给课程顾问，课程预订和登记；

?及时将EF政策和信息通知学员，通过学习进度管理系统跟进学员，为学员提供必要的帮助和指导。

（日常工作需要cover前台，介意者慎投）

任职要求：

?拥有本科以上学历（有相关工作经验者可放宽至大专）

?CET-6级以上，流利的英语沟通能力

?具备相关客服经验者优先

?英语能力和工作经验适合者可直接应聘“学习进度主任(PM)”岗位

服务顾问-学习进度主任-资深学习进度主任-服务运营主管-中心运营经理

The role:

Service Consultant is responsible for visitor reception and general student service in each center. The Service Consultant creates a welcoming atmosphere for all people in the center, including center access management, APP/Walk-in reception and handover to Course Consultant, booking and check-in services, communicating EF policy and other information, and student follow-up via the Progress Management System. The Service Consultant also needs to respond to student’s requirements when s/he is seeking help or guidance.

You will:

?Create and maintain a happy and welcoming environment for student and prospects

?Help students plan and review study progress according to EF’s learning approach Follow up and keep students informed and updated on changes within the

?Collect student feedback and cooperate with relevant colleagues to promptly solve issues

?Maintain general center cleanliness and discipline.

?Liaise with Course Consultants with regard to potential course extension, renewals and referral follow-up

?Support other center functional teams when needed

?Perform administrative duties as required

?Assist with Center projects as needed

You have/are：

?Bachelor or above

?CET-6 and above, good English communication skill

?Customer service experience is preferred
