1.Assist with the coordination of timely production processes from Purchase Order through to ex-factory shipment. Track the time-and-action calendar and maintain WIP detail report for each style based on key milestone dates. Proactively alert Shanghai Production Merchat, Merchat Manager and USA Sourcing as to milstone shifts that have potential to affect delivery.

2.Visit factories to participate in preproduction meeting as well as monitor the production of the order at the vendor factory.

3.Assist and coordinate with the vendor and factory to ensure timely execution and the quality of each production milestone submit such as fit samples, lab dip and bulk fabric approvals, fabric & garment testing, top-of -production samples and PFSGA readiness.

4.Coordinate fit sample and top-of-production samples with the fit technicians in Shanghai and Apparel QA fit technicians.

5.Assist production merchat in collaboration with vendor and USA as to shipment timing, expedited ship methods to maintain delivery and ensure all documents are completed correctly to ensure uninterrupted flow of inventory.
