【Job brief】
NetEase Youdao is looking for a Social Media&Influencer Marketing Intern from Mexico/Latin America to join our U-Dictionary Team to help achieve our goals when expanding to the Latin America market.

As a marketing intern, you will collaborate with our marketing and product team in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain our new market.

【Responsibilities】
1. Research social influencers and build strong relationships with them through negotiation and execution of digital campaigns and regular communication
2. Review data on the performance of influencers campaigns and adjusts plans or strategies to optimize them.
3. Support the marketing team in other tasks.

Requirements
1. Mother language must be Spanish.
2. Available to work at least 3 days in office per week.
3. Familiarity with mainstream social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Twitter and Google+.
4. Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
