1.负责与国外代理联系，及时与销售部及当地客户联系货物到港相关事宜；

2.配合相关人员做好后续的清关、送货及其他相关工作；

3.跟踪货物信息，做好成本的控制；

4.及时与客户或国外代理确认单票账单金额，开具发票；

5.领导交办的其它事项。

职位要求：

1.专科及以上学历，物流、外贸及相关专业；

2.一年以上空海运进口操作工作经验。熟悉进口操作流程，能独立完成操作、一票到底、能及时迅速的处理突发事件；

3.具有良好的英语读写能力；

4.责任心强，性格开朗，有较强的沟通能力；

5.英语熟练，CET4以上，可熟练进行英文书写，并与国外代理联系.

1. Contact with overseas agency, and revert the cargo info to sales department & local customers;

2. Coordinate to clearance customs, arrange delivery and other relevant works;

3. Tracking the cargo's status and controlling the cost;

4. Check the SOA with clients or agents, issue the invoices.

5. Other supports to the team leader.

1. Specialists and above, logistic and foreign trade and relevant professional;

2. Over one year work experience,familiar with the flow and independently complete the operation; Able to cope with emergency.

3. Can read,write,listen and speak with English;

4. Strong of responsibility, pleasant personality and easy to communication capability
