The China Engineering Manager must be a team player and work with other members of the team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract.

Critical Environment Management
? Review all switching procedures and risk mitigation plan of data centres with onsite FM to assure correct plan in place. Follow with regional JLL and Client designated engineering team to ensure approval of switching procedure and risk mitigation plan prior to execution.
? Track all kinds of report for data centre
? Carry out periodical M&E survey to all data centres and other key space like server rooms overall China.
? Track CEM review report and execution of improvement plan.

Facility Operations
? Carry out due diligence to all new sites across China.
? Review Preventive and Planned Maintenance programme with facility manager to ensure a proper plan is in place.
? Ensure that the team liaises closely with the Regional Operations procedures to ensure service standards are maintained
? Ensure consistency of regional policies & procedures with constant updating of Oneview and that all staff have adequate familiarity with the systems as well as the policies
? Implement, comply with and audit all M&E systems, for quality assurance

Risk Management
? Coordinate a risk management program which identifies major M&E equipment risks
? Ensure data integrity of all information loaded into systems and comply with the audit process from time to time
? Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity planning is implemented and maintained.
? Ensure escalation procedures are in place and observed for incident and problem reporting including advice to CLIENT Regional Managers and insurance company.

Project Management/Support:
? Review and approve M&E part of all project proposals
? Participate in project execution, involved in M&E part of any bidding process
? Ensure all project info is well documented for engineering review purpose.

Staff M&E Training:
? Lead and organize all engineering related trainings to all on site staff
? Ensure all on site staff has valid license / certificates.

Reporting:
? Ensure that the team delivers meaningful inputs across the country in the development of Engineering management reports.
? Administer the OneView website and ensure that all reports and other relevant data is regularly updated.
