1.根据项目需要，参与市场宣传海报及视频的拍摄；

2.参与教研工作，包括但不限于提供课程创意，参与课程方案讨论，课件及配套资源的校对，其他资料等的翻译工作；

3.参与教研相关的资料准备及视频拍摄等，如app，网站等需要的资料；

4.参与双师直播课，负责外教部分的教学，并对新入职的外教进行基础技能的培训。

English Version：

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Enthusiastically teach in live broadcasted open classes alongside a Chinese teacher for thousands of K12 students. Each month will have 30 classes and will get paid 60RMB/class for the extra classes;

2. Participate in the development of a core curriculum framework for K12 speaking, reading, and other courses；

3. Participate in every stage of educational product development, including revising materials based on in-class experiences, teacher recommendations, student performance, and evolving educational standards；

4. Participate in video and film production for the curriculum, and marketing materials。

任职资格:

岗位薪资：26K，薪资包含如下部分：

1.以上工作职责中的所有教研及宣传工作；

2.包含30个课时，超出部分以60RMB/课时额外支付；

工作时间：

周一到周五，早10晚7. 周六日上课满一天，可以调休一天。

试用期：

6个月，试用期期间全额支付薪资。

备注：

1. 因集团冻编，在2019年3月份之前会以劳务形式支付报酬，之后可以签署正式的劳动合同。

2. 公司会统一办理工作许可证，需教师本人提供所有工作许可办理所需资料。

Requirements and Expectations

1. Bachelor

s degree

2. At least one year of English teaching experience for students aged 3-12 years old

3. Native English speaker with standard pronunciation

4. A background in drama, performance arts, or music is a strong advantage

Working Hours: 10a.m. to 7p.m.

Hours may vary, but no more than 40 working hours per week.
