The Job

• Ensure customers are aware of Whitford’s existing products and the applications

• You manage and guide a small team of sales personnel in south China region.

• Update customers on new developments and products

• Strategize and forecast demand and other marketing activities

• Be responsible for maximizing a high level of profit margin and to achieve agreed sales targets and other goals.

• Maintain a good relationship with key customers

• Work closely with customers on all matters involving sales, promotions activities, delivery and payment collections.

• Gather market information and execute sales strategies.

• Develop reports as required by the Sales function in Whitford Asia Pacific

• Provide technical support drawing internal resources as necessary.

The person

• Degree holder with relevant sales experience

• Fluent in Mandarin with good proficiency in English

• Good leadership and excellent inter personal skills able to deal with multiple cultures of people both local and overseas.

• You have minimum of 7-10years of sales experience selling related products such as coatings to paint, bake ware and cookware manufacturers with no less than 3year at management position for sales or marketing team.

• You led a small team, ideally in delivering sales results
