Job Description

• Design and develop domestic sewing machines, mechanisms and parts based on market demands, related mechanical principle and sewing theory.

• Measure, test, modify and improve the functions and performances of new products, mechanisms and parts.

• Using Pro/E, AutoCAD to analysis the motion and interference between mechanisms or parts, and make working drawings.

• Analysis on material, manufacturability and related cost for the designed products and parts.

• Communication with Singer Brazil, VSM and market side for exchange of technical and market information.

• Work together with colleagues and vendors on development of new parts.

Qualification Required

• University graduate, major in Mechanical Design or Manufacture.

• 3 years or more working experience in mechanical design or engineering field.

(Better worked in sewing machine / machinery / vehicle / engine / electric tool industry, and designed mechanical product or parts)

• Good computer for mechanical design software such Pro/E, AutoCAD, etc.

• Self-motivation and team work player.

• Ability to read, write and speak English.
