3. 汽车零配件行业工作经验，熟悉机械加工，以及铸造
4. 需频繁出差
Job Summary:
Responsible supplier quality engineer for the development of engine component suppliers for Company engines within the Chinese market. Design and execute strategies and plans to meet Company short-term and long-term supply demand. Assure Company supplier quality standards and requirements with state of the art quality methods and processes.
Essential Functions:
? Interface China / Company in terms of quality related supplier issues
? Management of Company cross functional quality projects for engine base components
? Assure compliance with Company quality procurement process
? Supplier qualification / development
? Perform Supplier Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
? Leading and accompanying these APQP-Projects at the supplier
? Execution of Audits and Process Approvals
? Negotiation and completion of quality agreements
? Action definition, tracking and implementation
? Regular on-site visits at the supplier
? Regular reporting to Head of QM in Purchasing
o Audit reports and results
o APQP status
o Monthly Supplier Performance
? Set up and monitoring of early warning indicators
Qualifications:
? Completed degree in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering
? Minimum 5 years working experience
? Expertise in manufacturing and production processes, in particular mechanical machining and casting
? Practical experience of Quality Management methods and tools
Experience/Training/Education:
? Excellent leadership skills
? Experience in Power Train and/or Automotive Industry
? Engineering background of Diesel engine industry is preferred
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
? Highly developed technical skills
? Knowledge in manufacturing and production processes of technical components and their materials
? Analytical and structured mind, target orientated, proactive and independent working attitude
? Self-motivated with ability to work in an international and intercultural team
? Chinese and English (mandatory); German preferred
? Good MS-Office and SAP R/3 knowledge
Physical and Environmental Elements:
? Extensive Travel
