Compiledocuments(e.g.for meetings,etc.)and check them(E,g.for completeness,classification,etc.)accordingto guidelines.
Create simpleevaluations,statistics and reports according to clear guidelines;in a commonforeign language(e.g.English,French,etc.)as requested.
Gather,input andprocess data according to guidelines(e.g.in SAP,HOST,OPtimain,AULA,KS Sort,MESSort,etc.)
Plan ,arrange,prepare,trackand follow up on appointments(e.g.meetings,etc,)
Carry outadministrative tasks according to guidelines(e.g.preparingrequests/BANFs,handling vacation.)administration,organizing files,archiving documents,answering and forwarding calls andmail,etc.
Manage the company mobile phones according to policy
Manage the company chops &recommendation letter according to policy
Foreigners’ driving license organization &visa extension
Communicate withinternal and external areas as part of the task
Manage the company gifts inventory.
任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历,英文流利并可作为工作语言,具备德语基本知识;
2、熟练使用电脑办公软件(如Microsoft office等);
3、逻辑思维清晰,善于独立解决问题;
4、执行能力强,良好的沟通协调能力;
5、有文职或助理相关工作经验为佳。
