工作职责：

• 在全球范围内拓展渠道业务，以增加市场份额
• 和跨职能团队进行协作，制定渗透目标市场的策略和路径并促进销售进展
• 制定并驱动海外渠道营销策略和渠道促销推广活动的实施，与销售及当地市场团队合作，确保高质量的渠道绩效和营销投资回报
• 负责海外VI指引的维护及正确的本地化实施，以维持统一、易识别、吸引顾客且促进销售的店面形象
• 负责渠道全方位的服务支撑工作。如宣传物料的配发、广告设计安排、营销预算分配等工作
• 分析渠道战略性优势、竞争规划及消费者需求，解析最新市场趋势和如何更好地接触消费者，为销售团队提供支持

Responsibilities:

• Develop & implement business development of retail market to increase market share in a global scope
• Collaborate with cross-functional team to define the path and strategy to further penetrate targeted opportunities and accelerate the sales process
• Formulate and drive overseas retail marketing strategies and sales promotion campaigns to drive sales whilst working closely with wider sales and the regional marketing support teams to ensure effective channel performance and a strong ROI.
• Maintenance of overseas VI guidelines & their correct implementation with local adaptation, to have most attractive, consistent, recognizable, salesinducing store look
• Responsible for holistic marketing support work for retail market such as providing POSM, arranging advertising design projects, and allocating marketing budgets.
• Analyze strategic advantages, competitive programs and customer needs in retail market, support sales teams with recommendations about the latest trends and how best to reach the customer.

任职要求：

• 全日制本科学历及以上。
• 具有3年以上市场营销经验，家电行业内如三星、LG和松下等跨国企业优先。了解零售市场的运作模式，熟悉促销推广的市场手段和商业模式
• 具备较强的多项目管理能力、数据分析能力、资源整合能力以及较强市场敏感性。
• 中英文沟通、写作能力强，可与合作机构独立谈判、交流。
• 性格开朗，具有亲和力，工作积极主动、沟通能力强，具备一定的适应能力、抗压能力及团队合作精神。

Qualifications:

• Full-time undergraduate degree and above.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in marketing function preferably at international companies in home appliances industry such as Samsung, LG, and Panasonic, understand the operation mode of retail market, familiar with marketing tools and business mode of promotion
• Strong capabilities in multi-project management, data analysis, resources integration, and market sensitivity.
• Chinese and English communication with strong ability in writing and independently negotiating with partners.
• Cheerful, proactive, strong cross-function/cross-market communication skills, have team spirit and ability to work under pressure.
