工作内容：

1.To develop assembly processes for new product development activities to support Freetech product and technologies development with design teams to optimize design for assembly.

2.Lead the development, installation, debug, qualification and troubleshooting of new assembly equipment.

3.Coordinate with Product Development Teams on the development of assembly fixtures and review Design for Assembly aspects of new products during development.

4.Ensure information collection systems are in place to track critical performance characteristics of the product and process.

5.Plan, schedule and budget capital improvement projects.

6.Provide guidance to assembly equipment staffs and contract manufacturer..

7.Collaborate with equipment supplier to develop effective processes and techniques which meet our unique product requirements.

8.Develop preventative maintenance plans and ensure they are completed according to schedule and performance expectations.

9.Support error-proofing of assembly process flows using Process FMEA tools.

10.Create and maintain product Bills of Material.

11.Perform regular new product cost roll ups during product development to measure the impact of design changes versus established business targets.

12.Create and coordinate engineering changes and deviations during New Product Introduction.

13.Collaborate closely with manufacturing colleagues to continuously improve new product design and manufacturability.

14.Engage and drive solutions across value chains team such as Product Engineering, Supply Chain and Production, Technical Support as well as contract manufacturers to improve manufacturing efficiency.

15.Develop and deliver Tooling / Process solutions to take cost out of the operations.

工作要求：

1.Bachelor Degree in Engineering related field.

2.Min 3 years of working experience in the automotive electronics industry.

3.Possess good understanding of manufacturing process / methodologies, process control knowledge, and environment.

4.Excellent English and technical writing skills; good verbal communication and presentation skills.

5.Excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skills.

6.Design of experiment, DoE is required but not a must.

7.Excellent team player, interpersonal and communication skill.

8.Proactive, innovative and self-motivated.
