PRIMARY FUNCTION:

• Responsible for facility/utility equipment repairs, preventative maintenance activities, corrective troubleshooting on facility, utility equipment. equipment inspection and installation, equipment system performance improvement.

• Performs all work in accordance to company policies, procedures and regulations contained in company GMPs, EHS standards, SOPs and housekeeping standards, etc.

• Insures that all equipment is set-up correctly and that it operates as required.
  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION:

• The essential functions of this position are including: Responsible for mechanical / electrical equipment repair and troubleshooting, utility and facility PM of implement.

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs all work in accordance to company policies, procedures and regulations contained in company GMPs, EHS Standards, SOPs etc.

• Demonstrates competency in all areas pertaining to safety; electrical safety, including Lock Out / Tag Out.

• Performs minor machine shop work as required. Ability to use various power tools, as well as diagnostic / measurement instruments such as micrometers, calipers, gauges and tachometers.

• Demonstrates electrical and mechanical-troubleshooting abilities, identifies and resolves issues utilizing systematic problem solving methods. Ability to diagnose root cause problems on facility and utility equipment and resolves issues.

• Good knowledge on HVAC system, experience of HVAC, chiller operation and maintenance. Ensure the utility system running smoothly and stability.

• Good knowledge and experience on BMS, EMS operation and maintenance.

• Good knowledge on fire system, power distribution system. Ability to identify the problems and resolves issues.

• Read and understand drawings, schematics and equipment / technical manuals and documentation, HVAC system diagram, drawing.

• Ability to perform equipment repairs, preventative maintenance activities, and corrective troubleshooting independently.

• Demonstrates ability to remove, disassemble and repair machine components and assemblies.

• Maintains records and documentation as required.

• Maintains work area, tools and equipment in a clean and safe order.

• Ability to identify and recommend spare parts and supplies necessary to maintain efficient operation of equipment.

• May assist Supervisor as needed.

  EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:

• College degree, major in electrical，mechanical engineering or HVAC

• With more than 5 years relevant working experience

• Electrician license is a must

• Experienced with preventative maintenance, spare part management

• Experience with pharmaceutical company in GMP environment is a plus
