1.Fully understand site production line flexibility and production capacity constraints, labour constraints, well communicate with global AI planner and site AI production manager, support to work out the monthly production plan. Breakdown MPS to weekly schedule and release to production for execution.

2.Close communication and coordination with global, regional and IMC planning team, monitor short term and long term demand, support international demand and responsible for all export orders fulfillment in time.

3.Regular weekly production meeting with Production, Engineering, QC and Warehouse and so on. Focus on trouble shooting and de-bottleneck to ensure the MPS be executed.

4.Release the material forecasts and purchasing orders to suppliers based on the SAP MRP. Tracking the material delivery from suppliers to **.

5.Responsible for raw materials importation plan and follow up arrivals, closely to secure the supply according to production plan.

6.Control the raw materials inventory to be in a good shape. Assist to set up key material safety stock reasonably and make sure that there will be no material shortage for the production.

7.To effectively handle any uncertainty issues of raw materials through collaboration with associated function e.g. quality team, production team, procurement team etc.

8.Purchasing and transportation license application for highly toxic materials from authority.

9.Closely supervise supplier performance through working with cross-function team.

10.Based on the business requirement apply new SU codes, collect all related master data, and ensure WF completed in system timely.

11.System housekeeping, clean up the expired Purchase Requisitions and Orders. Regularly verify and amend the setting to ensure the parameter correctness for planning.

12.Monthly close participate and complete the multiple monthly reports e.g. monthly output, supplier score, shelf life monitor and HSE, QRA tracking.

任职要求：

1.University or college, business or chemical discipline, with at least 3 years related experience

2.Knowledge and understanding of supply chain concepts and methodologies including MRP, MPS, ROP process, etc.

3.Strong computer system skills: thorough familiarity with all Microsoft applications and preferred familiarity with applications such as SAP R/3

4.Ability to analyze data trends to understand supply chain effectiveness.

5.Demonstrated ability to get results in a crisp, decisive manner.

6.Highly skilled in problem solving, root cause failure analysis and elimination.

7.Strong interpersonal, communication and coordination skills.
