岗位职责：

1、教授学生EngJoy English的英语课程 （有青少儿教学经验优先考虑）

2、做好带班的班级管理及教务管理工作

3、对于英语教学有自己的想法，能接受先进的教育理念与方法

4、积极参与学校和部门组织的各种培训、教研、讲座和会议等活动

5、完成教学部门安排的其它任务

6. 定期和学生家长沟通，反馈孩子的学习情况

任职资格：

1. 具有本科或以上学历，英语或英语教育专业(师范类英语专业优先)，英语六级或以上，读写说流利，特别要求语音过关；

2. 一年以上英语教学经验，持有外语教师资格证；有同行业英语培训中心工作者优先；

3. 优秀应届毕业生也可考虑；

4. 精通英语教学方法，擅用肢体语言，授课生动活泼，热爱教育事业，愿意长期致力于教育工作；

5. 有较强的业务水平、组织教学能力和良好的应变能力；

6. 语言表达能力强，声音甜美、个性开朗，善于与孩子及家长沟通、交流；

7. 工作积极主动、责任心强、有团队合作意识和吃苦耐劳精神；

Qualification

1. Bachelor or above, English Level 4 or above, English/Education major will be a preference;

2. One year of English teaching experience with teacher certificate; related experience is an advantage;

3. fresh graduates with outstanding performance will also be considered;

4. passionate in the field of English teaching;

5. excellent interpersonal skills and leadership ability;

6. extrovert, energetic and good at maintaining friendly communication with parents;a proactive and responsible team-player.
