Job Description
装配主管
Technical Task:
- Monitoring and ensuring the assembly line production smoothly to achieve target
- Monitoring and customize production plan with LG planner according to customer requirement
- Monitoring and ensuring production data booking quality in system
- Delivery reliability time and quantity wise of production volume
- Handling change according to change management process
- Create & maintain staff qualification matrix and organization chart
- Monitor the performance of EHS, 5S, quality, productivity / cost, schedule, employee targets (KPI / BSC)
Functional Qualifications:
- University degree [Master or Bachelor] (mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, plastics engineering)
- Above 5 years’ experience
- Profound knowledge on assembly line process
- Good knowledge in automotive industrialization
- Good knowledge for lean production and CIP process
- Knowledge in systematical problem-solving methods
- good knowledge for production arrangement and employees management
- Good knowledge for quality standard and productivity cost
- Operation of PC and databases
- Training skills
- Experience in Foreign Enterprise
- Experience in Manufacturing
- Experience in new project management
- Experience in IATF16949 AUDIT
- Good Knowledge in English Language
- Good knowledge in customer claims handling and 8D report
- Stronger organization and coordination ability
