Job Description
需求管理&FMEA工程师
Technical Tasks:
- Lead project team to make customer requirements analysis, follow the deviation analysis result and report to PM.
- Implement customer requirement into FMEA
- Hold FMEA (DFMEA/PFMEA) meetings, support team to finish high quality FMEAs.
- Systematic and timely management/update of FMEAs.
- Ensure the precise S, O, D rating of FMEA.
- Ensure the logical cause, failure mode and effect analysis in FMEA.
- Support in updating control plan and process flow in the FMEA management system.
- Organize regular review to FMEAs.
- Prepare needed FMEA output for project milestone meetings, PPAP and customer report.
- Cooperate with HQ for continuous update of new lessons learns into FMEA database
Functional Qualifications:
- Technical education (college/university)
- MS-Office Programs
- Fluent English spoken and written
- Experience in quality management
- 3~5 years’ experience in automotive industry
- Experience in manufacturing
- Basic project management knowledge
- AIAG or VDA FMEA knowledge
- Knowledge regarding automotive relevant standards (ISO/TS16949, VDA, AIAG)
- Optical, mechanical and electrical knowledge is preferred
- Good manners
