• 工作职责：

• 遵循项目开发流程，制作设计策略/安排创意阶段子计划/草图绘制/效果图/指导油泥模型制作/指导CAS和A面制作
• 带领设计师项目团队，并负责与项目中其他部门的沟通、协调与汇报各项等工作；
• 向设计总监汇报，负责内/外饰团队的人员培养、团队管理与技术考核；

• 职位要求：

• 热爱汽车，热爱汽车设计；
• 交通工具设计或工业设计专业本科及研究生；
• 5~8年工作经验，具备3个及以上全球汽车主机厂量产项目全流程开发经验（工作能力突出者可放宽年限要求）；
• 优秀的创意思维能力、扎实过硬的手绘功底，对PS、AI、PPT有很强的感知力；
• 3年及以上的团队管理经验，有较强的人际沟通能力，有较强的责任感和使命感；
• 流利的英语口语和书面交流能力；
• 能展示出专业能力和项目工作经验的个人简历作品集；
• 能接受不定期的项目出差

• Job responsibilities:

• Following the project development process, making design strategies/arranging sub-plans at creative stage/sketching/Rendering drawing/guiding clay model making/guiding CAS and Class A surface making
• Lead the designer project team and be responsible for communicating, coordinating and reporting with other departments in the project.
• Report to Design Director, responsible for personnel training, team management and technical assessment of interior/exterior decoration team;

• Job requirements:

• Love automobiles, love automobile design;
• Bachelor/master of transportation design or industrial design;
• 5-8 years working experience, with 3 or more global automotive OEMs production project full process development experience (work ability prominent can relax the length of working EXP requirements);
• Excellent creative thinking ability and solid hand-skeching art foundation;
• 5 years or more team management experience, strong interpersonal communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility and mission.;
• Fluent oral and written English communication skills;
• A personal portflio showing excellent professional ability and project work experience in transportation design field.
• Acceptable of irregular business trips
