PRINCIPAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION (Basic training, professional experience, Foreign languages, etc.) 该职务所需的主要技能（基础培训，专业经验，外语等）

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar

• 3+ years experience as mechanical engineer, major in tooling design function
• Proficiency in 3D CAD packages such as ProE, UG or Solidworks is essential
• Well understanding of raw material property
• Awareness of manufacturing processes including injection molding, metals fabrication and secondary finishing process Demonstrated problem solving skills and creative, analytical and detail orientated work ethic
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English
  

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES / 主要职责

1. Develop detail drawing and specification for tools, jigs/fixtures and spare parts using 3D CAD packages.

2. Generate fully tolerance 2D drawings for tooling suppliers prior to mass production for products with demanding geometric and cosmetic requirements

3. Set the drawing and spec. database system for standardization

4. Work with internal maintenance team for improvement major focus on machine break down and SMED project.

5. Training and developing the design and mechanical know how to maintenance team.
