Responsibilities:

• Uphold the image of the CHANEL brand (VM Merchandising + Boutique Maintenance + Grooming)
• Manage and inspire the Boutique Team
• Build a client-centric Boutique Team
• Properly manage merchandise & inventory
• Effectively manage day-to-day operation
• Fostering close partnerships

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduate. University graduate a plus
• Fashion/ retail/ luxury background definitely an advantage
• Minimum 2 years experience in managing a team of no less than 25 members
• Fluent in English and local language, mandarin is a plus
• Knowledge of shop operations such as stock operations, cash and credit card handling, stock count measures
