Primary Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiry of equipment and material.

响应设备和材料类商品的询价要求

  • Review the requirement of purchasing and give proper guidance to clients or marketing offices.

了解采购要求,对客户或市场地公司提供合理的建议/指导

  • Search the quality products for clients and marketing offices.

寻找合适的产品

  • Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy and laws.

根据公司政策和相关法律,处理订货投诉和合同

  • Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.

开发并执行采购/合同管理要求和程序

  • Meet with vendors to negotiate pricing, product quality, and delivery.

与供应商协商,讨论价格、产品质量和交货等问题。

  • Negotiating and supervising supply contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.

协商并监督采购合同的执行。

  • Participate in the development of specifications for services, equipments, products, supplies or substitute materials.

参与服务、设备、产品、物料或者替代产品的开发。

  • Attend internal meetings to identify new market / product demands, schedules, and procurement needs. Forecasts requirements and orders products to meet sales demands.

参与内部会议,确定新市场/新产品需求、计划和采购需求。预报符合销售要求的产品要求和订单。

  • Review and evaluate specifications for issuing and awarding bids to suppliers through RFQ process.

根据RFQ流程回顾和评估招/投标的具体要求。

  • Ensure timely feedback and closure on all requests.

确保对客户要求的反馈

  • Comply with confidentiality and audit requirements.

Education and Qualifications

  • Requires at least a commercial degree from an accredited institution, or an engineering learning background。Preference is 2 plus years of machinery product business work experience.
  • 商科毕业证书,或者工科学习背景或设备类贸易经验
  • CET-6 Certificate or equivalent
  • 大学英语六级证书或其他等效证书
  • Competent computer skills including Microsoft Office or equivalent and other office software applications
  • 熟练使用计算机,包括OFFICE工作软件,和其他办公室常用工作软件
  • Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and information gathering
  • 可以熟练使用email等通讯手段

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both Chinese and English.
  • In-depth knowledge of imp & export or purchasing.
  • Basic understanding of marketing and logistics.
  • Flexible and ready to learn all kinds of knowledge of different commodities.
  • High level of accountability and can instill a sense of credibility when speaking with others.
  • Effective problem solving skills; adjusts well to change.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Ability to convey a correct sense of urgency based on urgency of the request and/or business impact.
  • High customer-service focus, team player, efficient, positive attitude, and reliable.

Responsibilities often require evening and weekend availability in response to needs of projects.
