工作內容
Data analyst for marketing and business planning
To analyze data to facilitate understanding of marketing effectiveness & customer behavior
1. Integrate global market data from multiple sources to implement and maintain monthly system reporting and visualization tools.
2. Define, collect, review, analyze and present data about voice of customer from user experience and semantic tools on demand basis
3. Compile intelligence on marketing effectiveness from social media and Google Analytics tools for major marketing events (NY GPC, IFA, etc.)

需求條件
- Personality: passionate about business, enjoy being challenged by the best, and create world-shaping impact.
- Education: master’s degree
- Necessary skills: Good English, power point, excel; understanding analytic/quantitative problem solving skills
- Work experience: at least 2 years in a data analyst related role in online retailer company, integrated marketing or technology firms, or satisfy at least 1)-3) below
1) proficient in SQL server (MSSQL)
2) python and analytical packages (pandas, scikit-learn, NLTK, matplotlib)
3) experienced in open data and semi-structured data processing
4) (plus) familiar with natural language processing and sentiment analysis
5) (plus) adept at R language for statistical analysis
