Essential Function 1: Facility repair and maintenance1Implement Corporate EHSA guideline and 5S principle in OCC site & office space2Maintain OCC building in state-of-art condition for safety, compliance, efficiency3Maintenance planning & implementation for budgeting, spare parts, outsource serviced provider etc.4Oversee & guide daily patrol by technician for infrastructure, utility and facility services5Lead trouble-shooting, root cause analysis, optimization for facility services6Track facility services performance matrix, energy data in BMS, EMS and others7Set up and Implement PPM, MRO and helpdesk or service ticket for customers8Ensure OCC meet mandatory building code, fire code and other regulatory requirement

Essential Function 2: Leader technical engineering team 1Lead facility technical team including HVAC, electrical, process engineer and on-site technicians2Deveolop technical resouce strategy and outsouce plan to meet facility performance matric 3Provide expertise and engineering support for OCC space renovation4Trace and Improve facility reliability performance according to customer's needs5Evaluate system performance to improve system operational and energy efficiency 6Develop and execute SOP for facility operation and maintenance 7Lead conceptual design and technical proposal for facility projects 8Provide energy management in assets lifecycle 9Liaison with authority, landlord, utility provider for service delivery contract 10Understand regulatory policy and proactively action for compliance

Essential Function 3: Support competence center1Take part time role in corporate competence center2Understand and implement Corporate standardization, guidance, ESHA on site3Train on-site technician for skill improvement4Benchmark internally and externally for facility services performance5Promote new services by advanced technology, digitalization and mobile solutions6Documentation management for as-built drawing, compliance permit, manual and technical paper

Essential Function 4: OCC Project Support 1Site inspection for technical installation, quality control, schedule verification and construction management2Design review and support for Interior Construction
