Business Development Manager
What you'll do
? Lead and assist on negotiating a variety of partnership contracts.
? Support the identification of new partnering opportunities across industry, academia and the non-profit sectors.
? Gather relevant facts and use sound judgement to determine optimal partnership opportunities to pursue.
? Pitch partnership opportunities to prospective partners
? Proven track record sourcing and developing a book of business, experience should include sourcing, negotiating, and closing BD or sales deals
? Perform internal cross-functional feasibility and establish buy-in from multiple internal teams.
? Ability to develop a quarterly plan and deliver results.
? Generate financial proposals and term sheets for various deal structures.
What you'll bring
? Bachelor’s degree. Advanced degree (MBA) is prefer but not required.
? Minimum of 3+ years work experience in a Business Development or licensing role in the healthcare, biotech, pharma, and / or healthtech industry.
? Established record of successfully pitching, negotiating, and closing deals (Note: a deal sheet must be included with your application).
? Exceptional, confident communication skills with both public speaking and customer – facing experience.
? Experience working on projects that integrate scientific, legal, and business issues with an eye towards practical, efficient solutions.
? Excellent consensus building skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
? Ability to independently set and meet deadlines, and motivate others to meet deadlines
? Independent, proactive and self-driven with a can-do attitude
? Working knowledge of genetics
? Passionate about science, medicine and business
? Previous experience as strategic account executive, regional director or global director preferred.
商务拓展经理
工作职责:
?根据公司发展战略,负责所拓展项目的商务谈判,跟踪合作项目,协调内外部资源,为客户提供支持。
?挖掘新的合作机会,发展与培养合作伙伴。
?收集相关信息并做出合理的判断,确定***合作机会。
?逐步形成商务拓展的工作手册,包含资源开发,谈判,达成交易等。
?进行跨部门合作并征得来自多个内部团队的支持。
?制定季度工作计划并达成目标。
?进行财务预算,汇总短期合作交易报表。
任职要求:
?学士学位。最高学历为MBA者更佳。
?至少3年以上医疗,生物技术,制药和/或健康科技行业业务拓展经验。
?有投标,谈判和完成交易的成功经验(注:投递简历时,请附上成功案例清单)。
?优秀的沟通技巧,包括公开演讲,以及客户谈判的经验。
?拥有集合学术、法律及商业的视角,高效可行的项目管理经验。
?与跨职能团队合作,具有出色的共识建设技能和经验。
?能够独立设定工作计划并激励团队或跨部门成员共同如期达成目标。
?独立,积极主动,自我驱动,并拥有积极进取的态度。
?对科学,医学和商业充满激情。
?曾任职过战略执行、区域总监、全国总监者优先考虑。
