• Device and manage online paid traffic plan with forecast and budget.

根据预算制定线上付费流量投放计划和管理。

• Devise and manage marketing campaigns to maximize sales

策划和管理营销活动去争取最大化的销售业绩。

• Develop the ecommerce marketing calendar with company’s overall plan and marketing calendars and product strategy. 根据公司的规划制定电商月度营销方案以及产品策略。
• Collaborate with the team to develop promotional programs to increase sales, retain existing customers, and encourage more and better return visits.

与团队合作发展推广计划来促进销售,维护现有的客户,并吸引更多更好的老客户。

• Develop online content that will encourage new and return visits to the site.

发展内容管理去提升新老客户的回访率。

• Work closely with the supply chain and Logistics and 3rd party fulfilment operations to ensure inventory quantities for maximize sales and promotional opportunities.

与供应链/物流/第三方合作部门紧密合作，确保满足销售计划的良好库存管理。

• Work with customer service team to set policies and strategies and drive high quality customer care appropriate.

与售前售后人员合作制定有效的方针去推进高质量的服务。

• Manage, lead and develop ecommerce team and vendors to achieve goals.

任职要求：

• 5+ years of work experience, preferably with Ecommerce and sales responsibility

  5年以上工作经历，电商和销售行业优先

• 大专或以上学历

• Self-starter and able to multi-task & work under pressure

• 主动性/有能力完成多项任务，能够承担工作压力

• Basic English reading/ writing ability

基本英语读写能力

Advanced excel skills and proficiency in MS Office

• 良好的excel以及办公室软件的运用能力
