Duties & Responsibilities

To provide engineering support including Audio/Video

Setup and maintenance of the following equipment for meetings/presentations/performances.

• Laptops
• Projectors
• Screens
• TV/Video player
• Speakers
• Microphones
• Digital Cameras
• Video Cameras
• Tripods
• Theatre support

Operation and administration of related system

To undertake any reasonable request made by the line manager that ensures consistent delivery of service to the School

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Verbal and written communications skill in Chinese and English
• Strong client-facing and communication skills

• Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment
• Related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing helpdesk IT support
• Working knowledge of help desk software, databases and remote control
• Demonstrated with a demonstrated enthusiasm for AV
• Availability for overtime and weekend work expected.
