Responsibilities: 工作职责

1. Teaching implementing Emass method. 教授英迈英语学习方法。

2. Managing courses fstudents ages 3 to 12.管理3-12岁学生课堂。

3. Weekly meetings reporting. 周例会和工作汇报

4. Weekly professional training. 每周专业培训

5. Creatively using Hi-tech equipment to build highly effective classroom. 创造性的使用高科技设备，建设高效的学习课堂。

6. Regular communication with parents to establish good parent-teacher cooperation. 保持与家长的沟通，建立良好的家长教师合作关系。

岗位要求：
岗位要求：

1.大学本科及以上学历，专业为英语或英语教育，英语专业八级者优先；

A university degree above (study may still be in progress) majoring in English and/or English Education.

2.英语表述流利，发音准确；

High level of English language proficiency, especially in oral English.

3.喜欢孩子，热爱教育；

A love of children and teaching.

4.愿意接受新的教学理念及教学方法；

A willingness to learn new ways of doing and thinking about education and the teaching process.

5.积极向上并乐于助人；

A helpful and cheerful attitude.

6.有少儿英语教学经验者优先。

Children＇s English teaching experience is preferred.
