岗位职责:
1. 了解市场培训需求及竞争对手业务开展情况,协助高层制定短中长期的培训战略规划,根据公司大的发展战略调整培训方向;
2. 负责培训计划的年度制定,以及培训教材编写、校验、培训质量控制,培训效果的评估以及培训过程的改善等;
3. 与公司外的其他技术中心合作,开发新的课程和教学支持产品,策划特色培训活动;
4. 根据客户需求,协助业务部门及时高效定制培训和师资的解决方案;负责开发和维护公司的讲师资源;
5. 根据公司发展战略及产品研发目标,设计和开发培训产品解决方案;直接向公司高层汇报工作,达成预定工作目标;
6. 负责年度培训预算,跟业务部、人才管理部一起制定招生计划;
7. 负责本部门的人员管理、激励辅导、工作安排以及提升业务团队的业绩达成率;
8. 领导安排的其他工作。
任职要求:
1、 全日制本科及以上学历;英语四级以上,听说写读无障碍;专业不限;
2、 具备3年以上培训从业或讲师授课经验;必须具备课程设计和策划经验;
3、 具有高度工作热情和责任心,有创新研发精神;具备优秀的语言表达能力、逻辑思维能力、现场感染能力;
4、 谈判和沟通能力强,具备良好的职业素养、习惯、职场礼仪、职业道德,以及高度的自律性和纪律性;
5、 良好的表达沟通能力和团队合作;主动性强,能够主动采取行动,主动地解决问题;工作有条理、讲究实效、认真细致,具有抗压能力;
6、 文字功底好,能够生动、完整、正确、流畅地将工作计划、报告、教材、统计等用文字表述出来;
7、 在第三方检测认证行业有工作经验者优先(但非必要)。

Job description:
1、 Acquire training market needs and the competitor's sales development, assist the top managers to formulate short-term, medium-term and long-term training strategic planning, and adjust training direction according to the company's major development strategy.
2、 Responsible for formulating the annual training plan, and quality control in textbooks compiling, verifying and training, evaluation of training effectiveness and improvement of training process and so on.

5、 Design and develop training product solutions according to the company's development strategy and product development objectives; directly report to the company's top management, and achieve scheduled work objectives.
6、 Responsible for the annual training budget, work out the enrollment plan together with sales and talents management department.
7、 Responsible for personnel management, incentive counseling, work arrangement and improvement of achievement rate of sales team.
8、 The other tasks assigned by the leaders.
Job requirements:
1、 Full-time bachelor degree or above; CET-4 or above, accessible to English listening, speaking, writing and reading; no limitation in Majors.
2、 Have more than 3 years training experience or lecturer teaching experience; must have experience in curriculum design and planning.
3、 Have high working enthusiasm and responsibility, innovative research and development spirit; have excellent language expression ability, logical thinking ability, on-site infection ability.
4、 Strong negotiation and communication skills, good professional accomplishment, habits, workplace etiquette, professional ethics, and a high self-discipline and discipline.
5、 Good communication skills and teamwork; strong initiative, able to take initiative to take action and solve problems actively; be methodical, pragmatic, careful in work, have ability to resist pressure.
6、 Good writing skills, able to vividly, completely, correctly and smoothly express work plans, reports, textbooks, statistics, etc. in words.
7、 Have experience in third-party testing and certification industry is preferred (but not necessary).
