Responsiblities

1. To provide quality quotation in a timely fashion

2. To analysis supplier quotation and price negotiation

3. To provide cost feedback to supplier and maintain good supplier relationship

4. To maintain Supplier Database for assigned commodities continuously

5. To enhance Quotation Database for assigned projects continuously

6. To perform other Ad hoc assignments

Requirement

• 1-3 years experience electronics industries especially in manufacturing / industrial field.
• Strong knowledge in Strong knowledge in electro-mechanical components (e.g. Connector, Transformer, Inductor, Crystal, Cables, Filter, Switch ....etc).
• Excellent and tactful negotiation and analytical skills
• Proficiency in both written Chinese & English
• Good computer skills, especially in Excel
• Having strong interests in developing career in Purchasing & Procurement
• Graduate in Purchasing & Supply / Electronics Engineering / Mechanical Engineering is definitely an advantage
• Ability to organize, communicate, follow up and analysis quotations with suppliers
• Good negotiation and time managment skills
• Self-motivated, mature, independent and willing to work under pressure
• Immediate available
• One year contract.
