Keep close eyes to the main competitors’ information, development trends and concepts; ·

Decide new products requirements for our new products; ·

Based on his or her background knowledge, communication with colleagues and help from headquarter experts, he or she will be in charge of the whole process of implementation of new products. ·

Coordinate with headquarter pitch committee for new R&D protocols

DUTY: Current products maintenance ·

Get to know the feedbacks of current company products ; ·

Find ways to improve or optimise them if necessary ; ·

Coordinating various relative technology affairs for company products;

DUTY: Customers support ·

Work with business developers on technical/formulation support for different customers ; ·

Solve or raise solutions to some key customer complaints.

DUTY: Daily routine works ·

The transfer of formulas into downstream software based on requirements; ·

The implementation of the rework procedures for head, tail and unqualified semi-products; ·

Dealing with product realization processes in plant, such as definition of bag size, label design, cross contamination procedure, suggestion of quality control plan, new raw material purchasing suggestion, update active product list，etc.. ·

Calculating of formula costs weekly based on the raw material prices from the purchasing department; ·

Calculating of customers tailored products cost for further quotation; ·

Calculating of raw materials consumption based on sales anticipation; ·

Managements of department technical materials & files;

DUTY: Others ·

Other temporary work.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE

Minimum Master degree in animal nutrition, preferably in ruminant background;

At least 5 years’ experience in formulation or animal nutrition R&D;

Good communication and cooperation skills;

Good English level is a must, both in written and oral communication;

High ability and eager to learn new things.
