About the Position:

We are seeking a competent Public Relations (PR) Coordinator to join us in shaping and maintaining a positive public image for our clients. The PR Coordinator will maintain media relations, crafting media releases and developing PR campaigns to improve public perception and increase awareness of the work and goals of our clients. At this time, the position is being offered on a part-time basis, allowing you flexibility and convenience as you gain experience.

Key Responsibilities:

2 Write news releases, speeches, and other PR copy

2 Manage media relations and requests

2 Seek opportunities for partnerships and advertising

2 Help clients effectively communicate with the public

2 Maintain corporate image and identity of our clients

2 Formulate PR campaigns and strategies

2 Present solutions in times of PR crisis

Skills & Qualifications

2 Proven experience as PR specialist or similar position

2 Experience in project management and execution of PR campaigns and initiatives

2 Strong communication ability (both oral and written); excellent organizational ability; ability to work well under pressure; creativity and problem-solving aptitude

2 Experience in copywriting and editing

2 Familiarity with project management software

2 Chinese or English native speaker; bilingual candidates preferred.

2 A higher education degree in a related field (Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or another relevant degree)
