Product Developer

Calm Island is seeking a product developer for our Badanamu English and Chinese learning products. We create and adapt early childhood education products for the local market, covering both digital and print materials for at-home and in-center learning.

Most importantly

• Become an expert in Badanamu learning products
• Work with other children’s education experts to scope and plan new content and products
• Write, adapt, translate, and create learning materials
• Assist in research for the development of new products
• Collect and analyze feedback on existing products
• Develop materials for and assist with training both internal and external audiences

You may also

• Participate in product testing
• Attend and participate in events for our products
• Support the development of our learning products in other ways as required

Requirements

• Degree in Early Childhood Education, English education, or Education (advanced degree preferred)
• Familiarity with a range of education methodologies
• 3+ years teaching experience
• Willingness to learn, eagerness to grow
• Detail orientation
• Written and oral fluency in English and Chinese
