A. Purpose of the Position

• To independently handle the daily operations
• To ensure a smooth operation/communication between internal and external parties
• To follow company value and branch rules without accidents
• To follow the internal SOP 100%
  

B. General responsibilities

• Process daily Sea Freight Export & Import operations (eventually A/F operation).
• Ensure document timely delivery to and high co-operation between broker & vendor
• Ensure good updated communication with Group colleagues
• Participate in the teamwork initiatives within the team and in general be a team player
• Complete the task assigned by supervisor
• Understand and be able to use Outlook and other relevant operation systems
• Continuously improve the operational and business understanding of Betalink operation
• Ensure high data quality and client satisfactions
• Know and understand the Company core values
  

C. Position Requirements

• General understanding of the export/import operation
• Good communication skill
• Ability to independently apply business sense to the job
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Learning skills Well-organized when working under pressure
• Open and positive
