职位描述
1）根据客户研究基础、客户所在领域的研究现状及其所在的临床医院条件，进行标书的研究方向评估，并给出研究建议；
2）在取得客户的认可后，撰写基金标书研究方案和研究内容，确保实验设计的新颖性和可操作性。

职位要求
1）拥有博士学历者 ；
2）丰富的临床研究和基金标书写作经验，主持过课题优先；
3）在海外知名研究所，医学院，医院任研究员及以上职位优先 。

Responsibility
1）Based on client’s previous research, current status in client’s research field and client’s hospital conditions, to evaluate client’s possible research direction and give suggestions for a possible research project.
2）After obtaining confirmation from client, to finish the writing of the whole research proposal. Make sure that the experiment design is novel and operatable.

Requirements
1）PhD in biology or medical sciences.
2）Rich experience in research proposal writing and clinical research is preferred. Research grant awardees are preferred.
3）Employed in oversea well known institutes, medical schools and hospitals is preferred.
