Job Title: Channel Sales Representative

Report to: Area Sales Manager/Channel Sales Manager

Direct reports: N/A


Mission:

To develop new customers, promote company product & solution and achieve sales revenue for responsible territory.


Major
responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Perform SWOT analysis for responsible territory market, collect information about segment, new opportunities, competition, potential market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback.
  • Aggressively exploit the responsible territory to identify new target customers and new sales opportunities.
  • Buildup, maintain, update, managing current channel. Find, select, develop and manage distributor, if applicable.
  • Build long-term cooperation with main authorized channel partners, improving the market coverage, new customer development. Strengthen the product knowledge, application experience, as well as the skills of value based selling, negotiation, etc.
  • Co-visit customers with partners’ salesman to better cover the blank market, increase the hit rate.
  • Together with channel partners, plan and organize the WTL, Seminar, trainings to end customers.
  • Support and provide necessary resources to channel partners’ exhibitions
  • Plan and organize the training and test to channel partners.
  • Evaluate the performance of the channel partners together with sales managers.
  • Co-work with Key account sales/managers to win the orders from key account.
  • Deliver company policy/product information to and collecting feedback from channel partners.
  • Cooperate with internal team: marketing, service, project team, finance, logistics to better develop the channel business and achieve customer satisfaction.


Candidate profile:


Education

  • College degree or above with engineering background


Experience

  • At least 3 years working experience as sales, with channel sales experience is preferred.
  • Industrial/machinery industry background is required
  • Premium brands selling experience is required


Knowledge

  • Mechanical or electrical knowledge
  • PC skill is a must
