Job Responsibilities

1. To provide quality quotation in a timely fashion;

2. To provide cost feedback to supplier and maintain good supplier relationship;

3. Continuous to maintain Supplier Database for assigned commodities;

4. Continuous to enhance Quotation Database for assigned projects;

5. Continuous to do cost down with supplier;

6. Develop suitable new source / suppliers for assigned commodities;

7. Other Ad hoc assignments.

Requirement

1. 3 years work experience in manufacturing / industrial field for sourcing/buyer.

2. Be familar with,Resistor,capacitor,Inductor, Transformer, relay,Crystal,switch and battery etc electronic/e-mechanical part;

3. Having strong interests in developing career in Purchasing & Procurement industry;

4. Ability to organize, communicate and follow up with supplier for quotations;

5. Have experiences about new supplier development;

6. Have some suppliers of Inductor, Transformer, Switch and Battery resource on hand.

7. Have experiences to use ERP system like SAP or MFG Pro etc, Familiar with using Excel / Word.

8. Excellent and tactful negotiation skills and analytical skills;

9. Self-motivated, mature, independent and willing to work under pressure;

10. Proficiency both oral and written in English;

11. Immediate available;
