THE POSITION
The BUSINESS DEVELOPER will be responsible for driving Blank Design’s business development efforts to
support continual growth of its multidiscipline offering. A position responsible for account development
process, including comprehensive collection of prospection and collaborative development opportunities. In
order to support this process, a strategic communication is implemented through relevant medias and
effective company presentation.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Communications:
? creatively and confidently convey the added value of BLANK GROUP services to current and prospective
clients.
? Effectively guide the BLANK GROUP team in crafting a strong approach that addresses the needs of the
project and the client’s goals.
Execution:
? Deliver programs from new clients to BLANK GROUP (from various fields : internet, fairs, … ) locals and
internationals.
? Understand client, vendors and potential partners needs and close deals.
? Understand customer’s needs and the positive impact Blank can have on their business.
? Analyse pitches and client successes to optimise business acquisition.
? Identify new business development/marketing opportunities and approaches.
? Generate comprehensive and visually compelling proposals which provide sufficient detail to meet
customers’ business.
? Post content to our website and update all Social Media outlets (LinkedIn, Wechat account) for attracting
opportunities.
? Manage and update CRM contact management software (develop and maintain mailing lists, contact lists
and client profiles).
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Qualifications:
? Bilingual in English and Mandarin (writing and spoken)
? Bachelor’s or master degree.
? Presentation and communication skills
? Ability to work well with teams and independently
? Skilled in fostering and growing client relationships to trusted advisor status.
? Personable and interacts well with international co-workers, clients and vendors.
