Responsibility:

职责

负责暖通专业的方案设计、初步设计以及详细施工图设计审核

In charge of Mechanical conceptual design/initial planning and detail shop drawing review

参与暖通工程招投标工作，提供专业的技术支持；

Involve in the tendering and bidding of Mechanical engineering with the professional technical supporting

审核暖通专业施工方案，并监督方案的实施；

Review the construction scheme and supervise the implementation of it

负责对暖通相关专业的设计变更和现场签证进行审核，并按流程办理审批手续；

In charge of the review on design variation and site visa regarding mechanical engineering

检查暖通工程项目的施工进度、质量、安全，并及时解决施工过程中出现的技术问题；

Inspect the construction schedule, quality and safety, find and solve the problem on time

与其他专业工程师配合，协助各专业及部门的各类验证工作

Coordinate with other professional engineers, assist to process kinds of acceptance work

Pre-requisites:

任职要求

暖通相关专业本科或以上学历

Bachelor degree or above in mechanic engineering or relevant

具备5年以上暖通工程施工管理工作经验或3年以上甲级设计院暖通设计经验

Over 5-year working experience on mechanical engineering project management or 3 years’ experience at class A design institute

熟悉国家和地方的有关规范和技术标准

Familiar with relevant national standard and local code

具备良好的协调、沟通能力

Good communication and coordination skill

掌握专业的暖通工程施工工艺及工作流程

Master construction technology and process on mechanical engineering

良好的英语书面及口语能力

Good in both written and spoken English

具备暖通工程师高级技术职称或注册公用设备工程师证书或咨询工程师证书者优先考虑

Preferred candidate who holds Senior Engineer Certificate, or Registered Utilities Engineer

Certificate or Registered Consultant Certificate

善于沟通，工作积极主动具创新意识；富团队合作精神。

Strong communication; positive attitude in work with innovation ability; strong team work
