3. 根据客户需求完成报价方案，引导客户来国内洽谈，带客户参观工厂，安排会议，做好翻译工作，定期跟进客户，促进项目成交。

4. 了解国内外市场信息，开发新项目。

5. 在遇到国外安装项目的时候，可以出国当翻译，时间一般在1-2个月，回国后在办公室做国际业务。

底薪：3000-3500， 另加五险， 按工作年限逐年提高

年底奖金：因人而异，评估一年的工作表现来定

业务提成：按照各人的业务利润来计算，机械行业利润幅度不等。

临时奖金：特殊项目需要加班等，会发临时奖金
