Job Description

基本要求:本科及以上学历,机械及自动化相关专业

主要职责如下:

A. As Project Assistant/项目助理工作

1. Project registration and tracing work;

项目登记和付款追踪工作;

2. Document establishment & management for project department;

项目部文档建立和管理工作;

3. Report documents preparation work;

汇报文档准备工作;

4. Other work related to projects;

项目相关其它工作;

B . As Project Manager / 项目经理工作

1. Have final responsibility for the successful turn-key delivery of projects and customer satisfaction, as the link between the customers and LOGBOT;

作为客户和我们劳博连接的桥梁对整个项目的成功交付以及客户满意度负责;

2. Project Management (Scope, Schedule, Cost and Cash Flow, Quality, Resource, Communication, Risk, Change Request, Implement, Site Safety, Sub-contractor, Client Relationship, Aftersales Service etc.);

项目管理(范围、进度、成本和资金流、质量、资源、沟通、风险、变更、执行、现场安全、供应商、客户关系、售后服务等);

3. Support salesman for project plan, contract review before sales and payment aftersales;

支持销售人员售前的项目计划、合同审批和售后的付款等;

4. Support purchaser for RFQ and price negotiation;

支持采购人员询价单及采购议价;

5. Support financial manager for project cost report;

支持财务经理项目资金分析报告;

6. Lead a multi-disciplined team including sub-contractor;

带领包括供应商的多部门团队;

7. External and internal reports preparation and presentation;

内外部报告的准备和展示;

8. Manage multiple integration projects simultaneously (complete simple projects independently at first);

多个集成项目同时管理(初期独立完成简单项目);

9. Travel when required;

按需出差;
