Primary Responsibilities:

? Implement and maintain EHSS management programs, including SHEMS, ISO14001, PSM system and other EHSS excellence programs.

? Conduct regular safety inspections and auditing.

? Identify hazards and participates in hazard reviews and risk assessment.

? Be responsible for the development and delivery of a substantial part of the EHSS training programme, including development of the training material and conducting training.

? Implement high risk operation programs and 6S inspection procedures, track all findings to closure.

? Lead or participate in EHSS incident investigation so that root causes are identified and corrective measures are developed and followed up.

? Participate in site Management of Change (MOC) & PSSR implementation.

? Assist the EHSS leader to ensure site comply with applicable local regulations and company’s EHSS requirement.

? Assist the EHSS leader to implement the contractor management program for contractor safety.

? Assist the EHSS leader to maintain an effective communication system between the employee and management team.

? Assist the EHSS leader to address employee concerns, implement concern reporting distribution and track all actions till closure.

Qualifications Required:

? B.S Degree in Environmental Science or Chemical Engineering or Safety Engineering;

? At least 4 years EHSS working experiences in multi-national company;

? Good team work spirit;

? Hard-working and able to work under pressure;

? Strong communication & coordination skills;

? Fluent English, both in written and spoken;

Desired

? More than 2 years EHSS working experience in chemical industrial is a plus
