Job Description:

Managing the LED lamp/fixture design and development.

Designs mechanical systems of lighting fixture, power supply unit and control box.

Develop product to meet the regulation and compliance.

Support product development team time to market and commit the cost.

Conducts feasibility studies and improve product or design.

Leading a team of mechanical and electronic engineer effectively.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Manage tool building of custom made parts.

Provide CAD and BOM with component specification for mechanical system.

Selection of material or components to meeting the requirement of the product.

Analysis the mechanical system on stress, preventing leakage, thermal dissipation and optical effect.

Prepare design information and engineering document.

Provide mechanical design time to market and compatible cost.

Manage a team of mechanical and electronic engineer and provide supporting to them.

Requirement:

Graduate in mechanical engineering.

3 years experience in lighting fixture design and development.

Knowledge on thermal analysis and stress analysis.

Knowledge on optical design is preferable.

Skillful on operate Solid works.

Good English on reading and writing.

Capable work independently.

1.要求机械设计专业，大专须从事结构设计工作8年以上，本科要求5年以上，照明行业经验***。

2.熟练3D建模软件 UG、ProE、SolidWorks、等软件之一，熟练工程出图，BOM单整理。

3.专注LED类灯具的结构设计、散热、配光等设计。

4.熟悉EFD、ICEPAK等热模拟软件，Lighttools、TP等软件者优先考虑。

5.性格开朗，富有激情，能承受一定压力。

本职位现工作地点为广东省深圳市南山区。
