Principle Accountabilities:

• Take action to solve the quality problem related with suppliers
• Draft and maintain the inspection working instructions for incoming material
• Send Defect Material Notice to suppliers and follow up the 8D report of supplier
• Follow up supplier charge back status.
• Involve gage& fixture design review for incoming materials
• Train the incoming inspector with required skill set
• Conduct regular supplier audit
• Maintain supplier performance rating system.
• Take part in new project launch through supplier PPAP
• Involve internal quality improvement activities

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor degree of mechanical engineering or related
• Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FEMA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC
• Internal Auditor for TS 16949 preferred
• Above 3 years engineering related working experiences among at least 2 years as SQE or SDE in auto part industry
• Team work spirit
• Good communication skill with Chinese and English
• Be willing to travel and work in high pressure environment
• Good computer skill in Excel, Word, PPT, and CAD, UG or Catia are preferable
