Elders Australia has more than 150 years history, we are a national key leading industrialized agricultural enterprise in Australia.

Elders has been supplying premium Australian produce to the rest of the world. In China today, Elders imports premium beef, lamb and veal directly from Australian producers for distribution directly to – hotels, steakhouses, airlines, cruise liners and catering institutions throughout mainland China. We operate offices and warehouses in Shanghai, Beijing, Chengdu, Sanya and Guangzhou. We operate a modern, state-of-the-art processing facility with HACCP certification in Shanghai for portion control steaks and the manufacture of hamburger patties and sausages.

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Develop and maintain Company’s website content.

• Ensure that all of the company’s marketing & communications activities comply with the company’s branding guidelines. Communicate these guidelines clearly to all staff.

• Prepare Power Point presentations and speeches when requested by Sales manager & GM.

• Prepare customer proposals when requested by Sales Manager to assist sales team in winning new business.

• Design and distribute content for social media to generate Hotels & Restaurant’s interest in the company’s products, thereby leading to an increase in Hotels & Restaurant sales. Write all post for social media distribution (Weibo & Wechat).

• Prepare and engage in relevant press release content about Elders Agribusiness (e.g. investor magazines, business pages in papers)

• Organize promotion activities (e.g. Event, exhibition) once or twice a year to to profile Elders brand in China.

• Produce and maintain all marketing materials, such as banners and company brochures.

• Design monthly newsletters required by MD & CEO China and distribute to Elders Australia.
  

TRAINING, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• At least 2 years experience in FMCG marketing role

• Fluent in English and Mandarin

• Computer literacy

• University degree in marketing or commerce preferred
