Job Description

• Teach kids English 和外教一起授课, 维持课程进度.
• Curriculum development 开发教育纲领，改进课堂内容及授课方法方式
• Organiz our book club and other educational activities. 组织我们的读书会及其他的课外教育活动
• Keep track of student progress 学员情况跟进
• Keep track of teaching goal and quality control 教育质量控制
• Communication with parents to achieve better overall teaching goal 以教育质量为目的同学生家长的交流

Job Qualifications

• Passion to work with children
• Ability to work in a pure English environment, our foreign teachers cannot speak Chinese!
• Strong understanding Kid's English Education and movtivated for endless improvement in teaching material and class structure
• Flexible to work in evenings and weekends
• English！

• 和母语为英语的外教一同工作的能力，能有效率准确的交流
• 开放的头脑，勇于创新的精神，教师是没有定式的！
