To supervise maintenance and repairs of the hotel operational. Must display good leadership skills as will often visit equipment space.

1. 负责日常工程部运作。
Responsible for the daily Engineering operation.

2. 实施酒店的定期维修计划并进行日常文档处理。
Implementation of an extensive preventive maintenance programs. To carry out this program on a day to day basis documenting all achievements.

3. 持续为工程总监提供技术建议，确保工程保养要求快速完成。改善保养和服务标准并向工程总监提交报告。
To continuously inform and give technical advice to Chief Engineer, make sure maintenance request done immediately. To improve the standards of maintenance and service given report to Chief Engineer.

4. 为总监提供日常能源消耗数，协助总监监控日常能源消耗。
To provide Chief Engineering with daily energy consumption readings to allow Chief Engineering to monitor daily energy consumption.

5. 对工程部员工进行指导和管理，调整所有的工程运作，分配保养维修任务。
Supervised all engineering staff, coordinate all engineering activities, assign maintenance tasks.

6. 积极主动地回顾对以往和以后的支出，协助制作正常的工程预算。
To take an active role in reviewing expenditure both past and future and therefore being able to assist in compiling engineering budgets.

7. 参加总监要求的所有安全会议，节能会议，客房巡视和其他会议。
To attend on safety meetings, energy conservation meetings, room inspections and any other meetings as per requested by Chief Engineer.

8. 对所有紧急事件如火灾，水灾等及时做出回应。
Respond to all emergency conditions such as fires, floods, etc.

9. 定购和签收所涉区域的材料并保持有序的库存。
Order and received materials related to area and maintain orderly inventory.
